Payment & Insurance Policy
All services must be paid in full at the time of service. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. We do not bill insurance directly. Clients will receive documentation they may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that payment responsibility remains with the client, regardless of any insurance reimbursement. Fees, policies, and services are subject to change without notice.
